Becoming Grace Foundation
The Becoming Grace Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to empower and uplift women & children, offering advocacy and essential resources to guide survivors toward healing, self-empowerment, and a future free from the shadows of abuse.
Domestic Violence stretches farther than the physical abuse with many that may have gone unreported. Domestic violence is a pattern of coercive control and abusive behaviors that are used to gain and maintain power and control over another. Domestic violence can look many different ways, including emotional abuse, isolation, economic abuse, using children, tech abuse, and sexual coercion. Women have struggled to receive help with the aftermath of financial, emotional, and psychological harm. They are left fighting with unmanageable high conflicts in child custody and divorce proceedings in Family Court systems that are not designed to protect these challenging situations. A majority of women are displaced without a home and have very little resources. Many women experience losing their light and suicidal thoughts or are at high risk for homicide.
Becoming Grace Foundation believes in coming alongside these women to help provide guidance and light. Please join us to help provide the needs of today while giving them the education of how they can step towards hope, light, and a healing way forward.
Psalm 27:1
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Become a Mother's Lighthouse
Sadly, a significant number of survivors flee from abusive situations without adequate support. Studies indicate that roughly 40% of domestic violence survivors who seek shelter are turned away due to lack of resources and space in shelters. This leaves many vulnerable individuals without the necessary support to escape their abusive environments.
